My story
I believe every body tells a story, and no two sessions should ever be the same. I tailor each treatment to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating chronic pain, unwinding after long ski days, or simply feeling the wear and tear of an active life.
My approach blends therapeutic bodywork with intuition, creating sessions that are both deeply restorative and highly effective. With advanced training in Sports Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, and energy healing modalities, I combine focused technique with a whole-body perspective to help uncover and address the root of discomfort rather than just chasing symptoms.
I love helping people reconnect with their bodies and move through life with more ease. Whether your goal is pain relief, improved mobility, recovery, or simply feeling more at home in your body, my intention is to create a space where you feel supported, cared for, and truly listened to. Just like the ocean, we move through our own tides, moments of energy, rest, and renewal. This pillar reminds us to honor our shifting needs and show ourselves compassion for wherever we are each day. Through awareness and acceptance, we begin to find balance within our natural rhythms.
2. Presence Is Medicine
True healing begins in the present moment. By bringing gentle awareness to the body, to sensation, breath, and emotion, we create space for deeper restoration. In each session, presence becomes the medicine that nurtures the body and teaches the mind to slow down, creating ripples of mindfulness that extend into daily life.

Nature shows us that change is not something to resist, but something to flow with. This pillar celebrates the wisdom of the natural world and its cycles of growth, stillness, release, and renewal. By aligning with these rhythms, we cultivate adaptability, groundedness, and a deeper sense of connection. The seasons become both our teachers and our medicine.
4. Reconnecting to the Body’s Wisdom
Our bodies carry a deep inner wisdom that speaks through sensation, emotion, intuition, and tension. In each session, I listen deeply to both my intuition and my client’s inner guidance, creating space for the body, mind, and spirit to come back into harmony. This work is an invitation to slow down, reconnect within, and trust the messages your body has been holding all along. Through intentional touch, awareness, and care, we support balance, alignment, and a deeper sense of homeostasis from the inside out.
5. Sacred Space
Healing unfolds where safety and trust are present. I intentionally create a space that feels grounding, supportive, and sacred, where clients can feel seen, heard, and held without judgment. In this space, everything is welcome. A place to soften, release, reconnect, and simply be.

True healing happens when the nervous system feels safe. Through intentional touch, grounding practices, and mindful presence, we help the body shift from stress into a state of calm and restoration. This pillar honors softness, slowness, and rest as essential parts of healing, creating space for the body and mind to return to balance naturally.
Our nervous system is the bridge between body and mind, the rhythm keeper of our inner world. By inviting the body out of constant doing and into being, we create the conditions for deeper peace, regulation, and lasting well being.
